To book the Great Sutton Village Hall please first contact us using the email@example.com email address or the telephone number – 07864518162
to check if your required date is available.
If your date/time is available you can pay your deposit and fill in/drop off your booking form on Tuesdays 7pm till 8pm or Wednesdays 1pm till 4pm.
Please note the following IMPORTANT points –
IF YOU DONT FILL OUT A BOOKING FORM AND PAY A DEPOSIT YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED THE HALL AND WE WILL LET THE DATE/TIME TO ANOTHER PARTY IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR BOOKING FORM/DEPOSIT IN ADEQUATE TIME.
IF YOU ARRANGE FOR BOUNCY CASTLES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT TO BE USED AT YOUR EVENT THESE MUST BE DELIVERED AND REMOVED DURING YOUR HIRE PERIOD, FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL INCUR A HIRE CHARGE OF 1/2HR FOR EACH HALL OPENING FOR DROP OFF/PICK UP.
If possible you can print out the form from here and fill it in to save time. The Terms and Conditions of hire are attached please take some time to read them.
Please find below the Calendar of Bookings already taken by us. You can use the below calendar to get an idea as to whether the date you require is already booked.
***Please Note: Although it may state that your required date is available, you still need to verify this by contacting the booking secretary as some dates may not have been uploaded yet***
